Glenda Tarrant has been singing in the Asbury choir since 1979 as a sophomore in highschool. She became assistant director in 1996 and became director in 2000. She also sings in the Sooner Sensations Sweet Adeline chorus and is the lead for StarShine Quartet.

Glenda has been married to Scott Tarrant (who runs the sound board at Asbury) since 1993. They live in far South Oklahoma City with their dog, Baby the Bouncing Bassett.
